Forks and all associated parts including wheel brake and fender (Springer ended in '57), tanks ( those are '61-'62 emblems), It appears to have a mechanical brake rear end which ended in 1950. It is most likely a much older chassis and running gear with a '65 ... If you like it and it is cheap enough then don't worry about it.
